Get in TouchWho We Are
Tomco HVAC Corp. began as the HVAC department within Tomco Mechanical. Our leadership team built that department from the ground up, growing it from a specialty division into a full-service HVAC operation with its own field crews, estimating, and project management, delivering major public and institutional projects across the region.
In 2026, that team branched out to form Tomco HVAC Corp., an independent, owner-operated company. Our clients get the same experienced people and proven track record, now with the focus and direct accountability of a company dedicated entirely to HVAC.
What We Do
Led by industry veterans with decades of combined experience in the field, in operations, and in project management, we provide full-service HVAC construction across Long Island and the New York Metro area. We manage every stage of a project, from estimating and bidding through installation, coordination, and closeout.
Experience
Our team has extensive experience on complex private and public-sector work, where schedules are tight, standards are high, and buildings often have to stay in use during construction. Our portfolio includes:
New York City School Construction Authority (SCA)
HVAC upgrades and installations in public schools across the city
Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA)
Mechanical work supporting critical transit infrastructure
State University Construction Fund (SUCF)
HVAC projects at Stony Brook University
Union
Tomco HVAC is a proud union contractor. Our field work is performed by skilled tradespeople from Steamfitters Local 638, whose training, experience, and commitment to safety are central to the quality we deliver on every project.
On every job, we focus on quality workmanship, a strong safety culture, clear communication with owners and construction managers, and on-time delivery. Whether the project is a school, a campus building, or commercial or transit infrastructure, Tomco HVAC brings the experience to get it done right.
